I had earlier and spoke to Thomas Vaughn. He looked up service schedule for my vehicle and got me lined out on what services I needed. Thomas was knowledgeable and friendly. I spoke to Anthony Ybarra, again knowledge and friendly. He got the paperwork done quickly and had the truck in to a tech within 20 minutes. I had received a mail service coupon but could not locate it at home. Anthony directed me to ford online coupons, which had the one I was mailed. Saved me 150.00 $ on my services. As usual staff at Fowler great. They got my 3 services, transmission flush, radiator flush and diesel fuel filters changed in under 3.5 hrs. More

I bought a new F-150 Platinum at Fowler Ford, and the reason it was such a pleasant experience for me is that my salesperson treated me like a human being (which is becoming more and more rare these days reason it was such a pleasant experience for me is that my salesperson treated me like a human being (which is becoming more and more rare these days if anyone else hasn’t noticed!) from the beginning. Her name is Jessica, and she answered my internet request/question promptly (another Dealership completely ignored me) and asked me how I preferred to communicate (email, phone, text, in-person) and I said I preferred to text at first, and from that point on, we communicated at my preferred pace via text over the next few days, and when my truck arrived on the lot, she called me (because there were a few details that we needed to work out over the phone) and we set up a day and time to meet and execute the paperwork, establish financing, trade-in details, etc…, and I drove home in one of the sweetest -running, most technologically advanced, feast to the eyes…piece of machinery I’ve ever experienced…a 2022 iconic silver Ford F-150 Platinum. The V8 in this truck is smooth and powerful, and I just love it! So yes, the product is part of the satisfaction, but my salesperson Jessica made it all possible by simply treating me with professionalism and respect, and allowing the transaction to proceed at my pace, with my preferred means of communication. So I definitely give her a lot of credit for the positive review, but the Dealership management as a whole should also get props. Thanks guys!! More
