Fowler Ford = Failure and let me tell you why in October of 2021 I put down a deposit for a 2022 Maverick that arrived in OKC on 12/21/22. Both Ford and Fowler were unable to get truck from OKC to Tulsa in of 2021 I put down a deposit for a 2022 Maverick that arrived in OKC on 12/21/22. Both Ford and Fowler were unable to get truck from OKC to Tulsa in less than 12 days causing me to lose tax incentives for 2022 and not receive my brand new 2022 Truck in 2022. After calling once again on 1/3 at 3:30pm was told the truck was not there and they didn’t know when it would be (Truck was at the dealership and had been since 12:16 pm that day) so I proceeded to rent a car. I was again texted on 1/4/23 and told Truck not there (Truck at dealership over 24 hours). I called dealership at 3 pm 1/4/23 to ask about reimbursement for rental car was told again Truck not there, Gm would call me back. The Gm Called me back at 3:30 1/4/2023 and after a lengthy conversation filled with placating and fabrications was told again the truck was not there and didn’t know when it would be (truck there for almost 30 hours ). At this point I called ford for a resolution was informed by Ford truck had been sent to fowler and was given tracking info, after tracking vehicle determined it had arrived at 12:16 PM 1/3/22 , so I called GM at Fowler Ford and had to inform him truck was there he said he would need to confirm that two hours later after what I assume was a long an exhausting search he was able to locate Truck then contacted me to confirm I was right and truck indeed was there. I arrived at dealership at my earliest convenience on 1/5/23 at 4 pm with my financing secured at my bank and once again asked for a small concession of reimbursement on my rental at a cost of $200.00 and again was told by new car manager that not only would they not do that they wouldn’t do anything and with an air of smug indifference walked away. Now on top of that, by 6pm I still had not been able to complete a purchase on the truck because of the finance manager being busy and I had my own financing secured, I left to go have dinner and cool off and finally drove away with the new truck at 8:30 pm. The truck is great, the buying process with Fowler/Ford not so much. More
Had a terrible experience at this place today. Was at this place 6 hours. Never seen a dealer run a business like they do. They expected me to pay 983 a month for a Mustang. I simply told them what i wanted but they didn't listen at all. They expected me to jump on the first deal they come up with. They never tried to negotiate a deal first. Never seen a dealer clean the car when they didn't even know if i was gonna buy it or not. I felt pressured by the team to buy the Mustang. I told one finance guy that 983 a month is alot and his response was its only money. Ive never felt so much pressure from a dealership. I would like the owner to contact me about this cause the way they operate is not cool. I kept wanting to leave but all they wanted me to do is sign papers on a deal i didn't wanna do. Never again. Went to have my commercial vehicle serviced. Got there at 8 am and didn’t leave until 5pm! Not good! I won’t be using them for my vehicles again. The only reason I can give Fowler Ford a one star is due to the establishment being open…My son and I took his Ford F-250 truck and the services rendered was below expectation. The truck has been there 5 mo to the establishment being open…My son and I took his Ford F-250 truck and the services rendered was below expectation. The truck has been there 5 months and is still there now. During the 5 months we received the truck back 3 times and each time it still did not run. Over the 3 times maybe we had the truck back a total of 7 days. I am not sure how Ford is allowing this dealership to operate under it’s brand. Please do not take your vehicle here. More
