I called the dealership and SkiAnn was professional, pleasant and very helpful. She got me in immediately and for an oil change. While I was there, she also replaced the battery in my key remote. I ordered a Ranger Raptor July of 2023. One year later, June 2024, I got an email from Chris Cantrell that it had arrived! I got very excited and immediately sent over all the requested info to get the ball rolling on my new purchase. After following up several times with both Chris Cantrell and Ronnie Lucas I finally got an email back from Chris simply saying the Ranger that I had ordered "was no longer available". This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous! They sold my custom-ordered Ranger to someone else right from under me! More
