We have had our Ford Escape serviced here a few times. This past year (april 2016) we took it in for break service. Had our front break pads, rotors, and calipers all replaced to the tune of 871$. Great. It was supposed to take 2 days but a week later we get out car back. Every day they seemed to need a new part in a new state. Whatever. We're forgiving people. While we are there we get a quote for a transmission leak we have going on, they say that will cost 473. Well since we just paid almost 900.. that will have to wait. Well time comes and we go to get that fixed. They refuse to honor the quote they gave us which is written in our hand. Tell us it'll be about 700.. we can never get ahold of the service manager. He seems to never work. They keep giving us the run around. 3 weeks later (!!!) we get our car back with a bill close to 1000$. Again, omg, we're forgiving people but we will never go back. Fast forward to December when the car starts acting up. Drives like I have a flat, right front tire starts smoking. These problems are present and then disappear about weekly over the last month. I finally catch my tire which the inside is GLOWING orange and driving like I have a flat. I'm livid. A mechanic tells me that my breaks are locked, my rotor is ruined and this is a serious emergency my breaks are incorrectly installed. So, I call hateful Tammy at joe cooper ford and ask her how this happens when my car was just serviced there for these items. Tells me my questions are impossible. They may be under warrenty and asks me if I'm at another dealership? (No, I'm at home with my non driveable car). I call Bill Knight Ford who is appalled at what I've been through at Joe Cooper ford. They pull my vin number to see my service record and there is NO service record for my vehicle at joe cooper ford!!!! Thank god I keep my receipt. Bill Knight ford is the the one that informs me I have a warrenty and takes care of me! Upon inspecting The vehicle they told me that the breaks were installed too tightly. People, I'm telling You.. this is a crooked place. Go to Bill Knight Ford! More
Scams, Frauds and Bad Ethics I was involved in an auto accident in my Nissan Xterra and my two year old daughter was in the car. We were both rushed by ambulance to the hospital for our injuries. This left me out of work for a long period of time, and only got paid for two days, which was $135. My finance manager, Kevin, explained if I still didn't make a full payment no matter if the car was totalled or not, it would count as a repossession and go against my credit. I asked considering the circumstances could this payment be placed on the end of my note, he said no. Please keep in mind I had been paying CPI, $80 a month to them, and was told by Kevin that if the Xterra was declared beyond financial repair by the insurance, despite paying CPI to Joe Cooper Auto Group LLC. that all my payments would not count however they would get me in a new car as long as I came up with a new down payment. And nothing I gave JCAG would be considered, thats over $6,000 plus CPI payments, and it all counts for 0. Joe Cooper Auto Group is not about the customer. In a time right before Christmas, when I have been involved in a serious accident where me and my two year old daughter were injured. Where I have to advance pay for all our doctor copays and medication, miss work, give up giving my kids a Christmas just to pay utilities, the Joe Cooper Auto Group decides to be humbugs and demand money and tell me if my car is totalled I'm out a car without another down payment and all the money I gave them for a 2005 Nissan Xterra with over 150,000 miles, the $6,000, plus CPI, plus insurance paying off the value of the car, would all be for nothing! More

My car is a 2012 Ford Focus and this car has a recall for the transmission. I purchased the car in Nov. 2015 and two weeks after the purchase I had to put it in the shop. Only to learn that the clutches in the transmission are bad and have been recalled. I have been dealing with this recall for over a year now. Today is 12/7/2016 and the car is still not running. It stalls in traffic, jerks sputters you name it. This car had a open recall when I brought is and I was not informed of that. So now it is time to take legal action against these people. I will post my experience on all social media outlets so that no one else will have to go through this. It is about time to call the BBB, Attorney General Office, Federal Trade Commission and an attorney. More

Josh was the first to approach my Husband and I with a very warm and friendly personaliy. We had originally came to Joe cooper for my husband to find a vehicle that he liked but Josh exceeded our expectations and got us both into two great vehicles. I was being kind of pickey at first but he worked with us in a great manner every step of the way.
