I purchased a new jeep. I went in there in response to an ad for a new 2012 Rubicon for $24,000. Was assured it was on the lot, when I arrived it was not. Classic bait and switch lure. Was told I would be given a comparable deal and signed paperwork to buy a sport with the hardtop with a sticker price of $25,000 for $24,000. I signed quite a bit of paperwork to that effect. I received back a month later a carbon copy with my signature forged on it saying that I was paying $28,000 for it. This dealership is unethical and unconscienable. I was lured there with a bait and switch technique, then a fraudulent missrepresented deal was made and subsequently my signature was forged. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP FOR YOUR OWN GOOD!!! More
Our Salesman was great, but I'm not impressed with the rest of the dealership. The did let us take the car over night to look over real well, but after it was detailed, the carpet must have soured the rest of the dealership. When we went in the next evening to purchase they tried to add 600.00 dollars worth of stuff: Etching I can't find. Nitrogen in the tires. One other meaningless item I can't remember. They ended up not charging us for this. But I'm not surprised since we were willing to pay asking price for the car we REALLY wanted (And we had been looking for a long time.) The finance person (didn't introduce himself...) was easy enough to deal with, I hate how they try selling all the extra stuff, and won't take no for an answer. But got a rate we expected. All in all I'm left with a mediocre experience. I'm not certain I would recommend this dealer, unless you have bought a car before and know what to look out for. Buyer beware is what I would say. I only go to a dealer to buy the car I want, not to the dealer I want to buy any car. More
This was my second time purchasing a car from this dealership. Needless to say I will never purchase a car from them ever again. I had so much trouble dealing with me. Every other day they needed me t dealership. Needless to say I will never purchase a car from them ever again. I had so much trouble dealing with me. Every other day they needed me to come back out there and sign paperwork. Then I contact the first financial company about my payoff, and I still had to pay money! When you decide to go into contract with they need to contact and get a correct payoff amount, because it is not fair that you as the customer should have to come out of pocket anything. I will never do business with them again. They have done me wrong the first and last time! More
We went with specifics in mind. Initially everything was good. Then we went to sign paperwork and now they say there is only one lender who will finance a truck (diesel) with high miles. Charged me $1100 to hang parts on my Jeep and never fixed the issue. Removed a $200 Gel Cell battery and replaced it with a cheap in house brand. I found out just a couple of weeks later that the fix would the issue. Removed a $200 Gel Cell battery and replaced it with a cheap in house brand. I shopped at a competitor in Midwest City online. All I got was very little feedback from the dealership. Sounds like they didn't want to do business. I found an awesome price online from fowler dodge, so I decided to pursue it. I spoke to Ethan over the phone to set up an appt. He was polite and knowledgable. He was straight forward on the deal. No haggling required! Robert in finance was pretty slick. He sold me an extended warranty and gap ins. Have you ever been frustrated at a dealership? I think all of us have. Not at Fowler Dodge. I would never ever use this dealership or any dealership affiliated with it. The salesperson Daniel Cox knew nothing about the car he sold me even though he had several hours to prepare. I have to say though the biggest disappointment was the finance department. I felt like I was force fed to listen to a sales pitch when I clearly stated over and over again I wasn't interested. I was also misled on the actual price of the car and they supposedly had worked all of that out before we went back to finance. All I can say is car dealerships make their money somewhere but they Fowler will not be making any money from me ever again. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. More
In the begining of our visit it was just to look at cars and trucks. Once we figured out what we wanted to do we wanted to test drive the truck we wanted. The sales man told me he needed to drive the truck off the crub so the truck wouldnt get damaged. We said ok. The sales man got in the truck and ended up wrecking the truck into something. So we had to find another one that we liked. We ended up finding a Blue Doadge Ram 1500 that we liked. We where told that the price of the truck was $18,900 I asked was he sure. He ensured me that it was the price of the Truck. So we sat down with the Finance person and found out after signing half of the paper work the the truck was not being sold to us for that price. It was being sold to us for almost $26,000. We continued with buying the truck even though we where lied to. Once all paper work was done the truck was sent off to be detailed and once again spoke to the sales man and was informed the the truck didnt have a second set of keys to this Brand new truck nor did it have the book to the truck. He told me he would have to order that Book an dwe would have to come back in about a week to get the book and sorry if we wanted a second set of keys we had to pay for them. I came back into the dealership a few days later to talk to a superviser about what had happened with the sales man with the price and about the book and the second set of keys. He informed me that the price was never $18900 and they did have me second set of keys and the book to the Truck. I am going to be honest and say I will NEVER shop from this dealer nor will I tell anyone to shop there. A matter of fact I will tell everyone that asks about the new truck how we where treated and advise them to go else where. I am very upset and disappointed on how we where treated. More
