I purchased a new jeep. I went in there in response to an ad for a new 2012 Rubicon for $24,000. Was assured it was on the lot, when I arrived it was not. Classic bait and switch lure. Was told I would be gi More

We're sorry that you feel you were not treated correctly. That is not the way we do business at Fowler Dodge. After reviewing your file, our entire database, and visiting with your girlfriend in person, we have verified that what you have stated here is incorrect. She saw one of our vehicles online, came into our store and unfortunately it was sold before she arrived. We then located another vehicle out of state for her, agreed to figures with her(which was more expensive), and she came and took delivery. All documents were signed by her only...nobody else. We would love to help in any way and if she decides to trade the vehicle in we would be more than happy to help. Please do not post any more false claims online.

First and foremost I am the girl who bought the Jeep and I wrote the review. You never spoke with me in person and verified that MY review was incorrect. My review was the absolute truth. I agreed to pay $24,336 for a Jeep being shipped from Texas. Although I asked many times for copies of what I signed I was denied copies of what I signed over and over again throughout the experience. The one document I did receive 5 weeks later was a forgery that had me paying $28,634, I never signed nor did I ever agree to pay this outrageous price for a vehicle that the base MSRP was $22,195 and with the hardtop and Customer preferred package 238 the MSRP was $25,845. All my boyfriend tried to do was give you the benefit of the doubt, and believed it had to be a clerical error that would be fixed. Obviously he was wrong. It was intentional Fraudulent Misrepresentation and Forgery. The Fraudulent Misrepresentation was when you agreed to sell me the vehicle being transferred from Texas for $24,336 and that was what the paperwork that I did sign said. The forgery was the Installment Sales Contract that said I was paying $28,634 for that vehicle that I did not sign. I did not agree to pay $28,634 for the vehicle and I did not sign anything with that price on it. My signature on that document is a forgery. And again this is me not my boyfriend and this is the honest truth as God is my witness,
