We went into this dealership looking for a new vehicle for me. I need a work van and also use it as a family car. Wanted something new, without hail damage under $25K. I looked at the 2013 models, even though the 2014 are out and available. There was a good discount of about $4 - 5,000 on the models left in stock, but not much of a selection. Jared Anderson is my salesman. He was young and energetic and knew what cars were available on the lot. He showed me the model I had seen on the internet and others that were less expensive, some what were more expensive but closely matched my "wish" list. He pointed out the differences in each model and knew the features of the cars well. He was knowledgeable about the process in general without being pushy and just let us take our time. He test drove with us 4 or 5 vehicles for about 2.5 hours. We kept him at the dealership well after dark and closing time, working out the deal. The sales process was pretty straightforward without all the game playing I've had to suffer through in the past. I was happy to buy the car from Jared and I'm very happy with my car. Jared has called to check on me a few times and even went to the detail shop to send me photos of my old car upon my request! Thanks Jared and Fowler Dodge. More

I took my Sebring in Tuesday. I told them the transmission was leaking and it wouldn't move. They said 2-3 days to look at it. I asked if my warranty would cover it and they said they would look transmission was leaking and it wouldn't move. They said 2-3 days to look at it. I asked if my warranty would cover it and they said they would look at vehicle and call warranty company and call me. I called Jeff on Thursday and he said they had notl looked at it, it would be Friday. I called Friday and he said they did not get to it and it would be MOnday. I called Monday and he said they would look at it Tuesday.. one week later and no answers. Tuesday I called and kept getting put on hold. I then asked for Service manager Rick and he told me Jeff would call back. I finally talked to jeff @ 4:30. He told me lines were leaking.. I already knew this. He told me $550 to replace the 3 lines and THEN they could do the diagnostic on the transmission and see if it would work. I asked about warranty and he had not called yet and said he would call back. 5:30 he calls and says warranty company closed. Wednesday... 8 days later I get a call from Jeff and tells me hoses not covered under warranty. If I pick up I have to pay $100 diagnostic fee. I already knew the hoses leaked... what am I paying a fee for?? Today I call the service manager Rick. I was put on hold 3 times. 11am I leave a message and it is now 4pm. I call back to be put on hold 3 times then finally transferred once again to Voicemail. SERVICE SUCKS More
