I just picked up my Jeep this morning, and I am very disappointed with how i received my Jeep back, along with how I was treated before my Jeep was fixed. There is grease everywhere inside and out on my Jeep. There is grease on the T tops, on the steering wheel, center console, door handle and on my brand new aftermarket bumper. The clip was missing on the gear box inside and I found it in the cup holder and snapped back in. Also they switched my sticker out for the next oil change due and I called my dealership where i normally take my jeep and the oil change is due in 26,231 not the 26,482 that they put on my Jeep. Nowhere on the ticket does it say they did an oil change. When I picked up my Jeep they didn't say how everything went on the Jeep and that everything was fixed. They one guy just gave me the ticket to sign and gave me my keys. He was the only one who was nice. The two that I dealt with lacked customer service skills. I looked at the ticket they gave me and it had on there that they did a free alignment check and that it was slightly out of alignment. It would have been nice for them to tell me that instead of finding out on my own. I will not bring my Jeep back to this dealership and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone I know. I am extremely unhappy at the service and customer service at this dealership.
