Getting what you want...the first time I had done a lot of research online looking for a Ram with certain options. I had found several trucks at various dealers and started the process of calling each dealer and setting up appointments to view the vehicles. As I went from dealer to dealer, I was not impressed by the sales process at some stores. Some were very pushy. Others didn't want to give me any hard numbers to work with. When I got to Fowler, all of that changed. I was greeted at the door and had a knowledgable sales associate start showing me some vehicles I was interested in. Lane was very easy to talk to, and he knew the products he was selling well. The few questions that he could not answer, he went to others for help. The employees worked well together there. I think overall, after I selected the truck I wanted, the price negotiation and sales paperwork took only to about an hour to complete. I got a fair price for my trade, and felt good about the discounted price I paid for my new Ram. When I get ready to buy another vehicle, I know where I will be going. The professionals at Fowler made the whole process easy. More
