Devastating I bought a used truck from mr Scott. I was referred by a friend of don fowler who said " go down to fowler they'll help you out ", five months later I I bought a used truck from mr Scott. I was referred by a friend of don fowler who said " go down to fowler they'll help you out ", five months later I had a misfire in cyl 3. I took it back to fowler service, they diagnosed the problem as a bad camshaft and cam bearings. The service manager brad told me they felt like the bearings were bad and that they are non-servicable and I would need to replace the motor for 7300.00 dollars. This turned out to be an outright lie. They still charged me 350.00 dollars for diagnosis before I could retrieve my vehicle. I then took it to a local shop who replaced the camshaft and all the lifters, removed all the metal shavings from the motor all for 2200.00 dollars. All this is after the finance guys telling me things like the interest rate didn't really matter, 21%is a lot different than 5.9%. These guys are only trying to "help" you out of your money.... Don't buy a bicycle from anyone at any fowler dealer. More

tell lies over the phone! Don't go to this dealer! I went to trade in a vehicle and the price with my trade in was going to be more than I could afford, so I left...There assis Don't go to this dealer! I went to trade in a vehicle and the price with my trade in was going to be more than I could afford, so I left...There assistant Manager called next day to ask why we didn't make a deal, told her could not get the price right. she ask what would be the right final price. ( I think there price was at $26,000) I told her 23k. She asked the manager and then told me it was a go to ask for him when I got there. It did not feel right and I had to drive 70 miles to get there a second time. I told her if I got there and they didn't sell it for the 23k I want gas, told her I would be there in an hour and half. got there and neither the manager or her was available. then the salesman tells me they cant go down from the original 26k! I demanded to talk to the manager or my gas money for the wasted trip. they put $5 dollars in gas in my truck! So I repeat do not believe one word they say over the phone! More
