Other dealers advertise a lower price but guess what? You won't qualify for all there "special" incentives. You can't even pay cash and get that price. Fowler Dodge had competitive prices, they were completely transparent, the staff was professional and the dealership was clean and not cram packed with no space to look around (or park for that matter). I would recommend them to all my friends and family. More
Vehicle Misrepresented The employees were nice enough but I specifically asked, on two occasions, to verify that the Tahoe I was coming to look at had 3rd row seating. I stressed how I was coming from 4 hours away and that I needed a 3rd row seat. After getting there, it did not. I was very disappointed that they did not do their due diligence and instead I feel they just gave a lazy answer both times. I asked to speak with a manager when I was at the dealership but was just told "all they can do is apologize". After 2 tanks of gas, 2 grumpy kids, and 8 hours in the car for a completely wasted trip I am far from happy with their customer service. In hindsight I should have requested that they send me pictures. More

I wound up with a vehicle I really like, and Robert in finance was able to come up with better APR than he initially quoted! Awesome car buying experience and really nice people! More

We were quite loyal to another dealership, but they wanted to play games this time so we went to Fowler! Fowler offered us more for our trade upfront. It was a very pleasant experience and Curtis was very helpful and knowledgeable. The person we dealt with in finance explained all our options and let us choose what was best for us. I found this too refreshing, since most dealerships were just here it is take it or leave it. Fowler was very relaxed and no pressure from anywhere. Thank you, Curtis for helping us purchase our new vehicle!!! Kudos to the salesmen that jumped in and helped Curtis remove our hitch carrier for my husband's scooter. You guys ROCK!!! More

We went to several dealerships in Okc and Norman looking for a specific car, finally found it at Fowler Dodge, the Salesman Al Weigal was so nice and knowledgable about the cars. He knew so many awesome facts. The car we purchased was the car that I had been looking for for over a year. Needed some work and Brad, in service worked with us and was so nice and offered us a rental while being without our new car, he helped us out tremendously! Super nice people and really work with you. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Despite lots of bad reviews, I had a great experience! Today I had a very positive experience at Fowler Dodge compliments of their service department. My Dodge Caravan had a recall notice, and service told Today I had a very positive experience at Fowler Dodge compliments of their service department. My Dodge Caravan had a recall notice, and service told me that if I could arrive before 7 PM, they would give me a loaner car if I would leave the vehicle for next day service. I arrived at about 7:02, and one of the sales personnel, Chris Branda, who was helping in the service area this afternoon, was waiting for me and started the paperwork to give me a loaner. About that time one of the service techs asked him what my van needed, and when he learned of the recall letter said, "I can fix that in about 20 minutes. Can you wait?" Of course I could wait! I don't think it took the entire 20 minutes, but I was glued to Ninja Warriors on their big screen, so it might have taken that much time. I was very grateful to all the crew for being so prompt and getting my recall repair taken care of without my having to leave my car and return another day. I told them that I almost hadn't come today because there were so many negative reviews about their service department, but my son-in-law had taken his truck there in the past and always had positive experiences. They said that they have been working very hard to improve their service department, have new service techs and managers, etc. and are trying to earn their good reputation back. I promised an honest review. I'll definitely give them another chance the next time my van needs work. Thanks to the whole gang! More
