Service Made an appointment for Monday morning at 7:30 in they didn’t look at my jeep until Tuesday . Was told I’d have it back I’d have my Jeep back Wednesda Made an appointment for Monday morning at 7:30 in they didn’t look at my jeep until Tuesday . Was told I’d have it back I’d have my Jeep back Wednesday never heard anything from Tate so I called and talked to a very nice lady how told me Parts didn’t come in. Ask to have Tate call me back he didn’t. Called on Thursday Jeep still wasn’t ready. Finally Got Jeep back Friday and later that night I noticed my fog light switch was broken. Going to call Monday about that. There needs to be better Communication. More

Recall I had to go in for a recall. I chose to wait on it thinking it wouldn't take that long(hour). Well after waiting for over an hour I questioned how muc I had to go in for a recall. I chose to wait on it thinking it wouldn't take that long(hour). Well after waiting for over an hour I questioned how much longer. Since it was going to be a bit longer due to workload already in shop, they decided to put me in a loaner to run some errands. Needless to say that I was able to get all the errands done in time and they completed my vehicle within the next hour. Employees were very friendly and helpful! More
