I 240 Service Rd OKC, OK 73139 09-26/24 -10/07/24 - 10/14/24 William Meyer, Service Advisor RO 56333886/2 Re: 2015 Dodge Challenger RT 5.7 Hemi 8 I 240 Service Rd OKC, OK 73139 09-26/24 -10/07/24 - 10/14/24 William Meyer, Service Advisor RO 56333886/2 Re: 2015 Dodge Challenger RT 5.7 Hemi 8 speed auto trans VIN# 2C3CDZBT2FH839394 Mileage: ***41014*** ⦁ We had scheduled our car on 09/26/24 prior to taking the car in for an inspection 10/07/24 at 9;00 AM, for three reasons. ⦁ #1 Transmission does not shift correctly when warm, driving normal speeds and while in town. ⦁ #2 The valve lifters tick loudly when cold starting, has for several months. ⦁ #3 The lower end of the engine has a rod knock when started cold. ⦁ I called William Meyer 10 /10/24 and he had stated that it should be checked out Friday 10/11/24. I reminded him that we had scheduled it a week prior to bringing it in so that we could avoid this delay. He went on to inform me that the clock starts ticking when dropped of, NOT according to any schedule. We picked the car up 10/14/24 at 4:00 PM. The car had not been looked at by anyone. I was not asked why I was picking it up without it being looked at. I did ask the young lady in service to pass along my extreme displeasure with the lack of service that required NO MORE than 15 minutes "total time" for a real technician to diagnose the mentioned problems. ⦁ l get the car home and we hear a rattle on the front passenger side top of engine and when shut down one of the plastic radiator fans is rubbing on its frame just before it completely stops. ⦁ If that's not enough it also NOW when fist started, the top passenger side of the engine has what sounds to be a loud spark detonation loud enough to be heard from inside of the car. ⦁ Stand over the engine outside and you wonder if that part of the engine is going to explode. I have been a mechanic all of my adult life and I know engines. This engine has serious problems at no more than " 41014 " miles??? ⦁ The service department at Fowler Dodge South OKC is FAR from being a customer oriented business. When you purchase a new vehicle from Fowler Dodge you are required to purchase a 500 dollar oil change package as part of the deal. It includes 5 oil changes. There is a limited time you have to use the oil changes in or you don't get to use them. We have purchased many vehicles from Fowler Dodge in the past. The sales side of Fowler Dodge is great. The service side of Fowler Dodge has gone down the tube over the past few years. We've experienced damage to our vehicles that they ended up covering. But had I not noticed it, it would have been a debate as to who caused the damage. Then today I used one of the oil changes. When I arrived, nobody greeted me in the bay. I had to go inside to find employees laughing and looking at their phones. I had to get the attention of an advisor, for lack of a better term and tell him what I wanted. This is the express oil and lube lane. It took them an hour and a half to do the oil change. Then the excuses came. They had 2 lifts down and were short a tech. When I finally got my new truck back, it had oil drips inside on the leather arm rests of the door and center console. Nobody checked the vehicle to make sure it was ready to go. This seems to be a constant problem. Then on my drive home I started smelling burning oil. When I got home I opened the hood and smoke came rolling out from under the hood because they spilled oil all over the engine cover and down the side of the engine. Absolutely unacceptable on a brand new truck with 5000 miles on it. So we've decided that we can no longer trust Fowler Dodge service department and the 500 dollar oil change contract will just get wasted. I can't afford to have my vehicles treated like this by a bunch of rookies. The technician stated that serviced and filled all fluids, including the washer fluid. It was empty. Untrained, unreliable, unprofessional, unbelievable, unacceptable. I will have to buy another contract with another dealer and consider this a valuable lesson learned. In today's world of 60,000 dollar vehicles we don't slop oil all over the engine and inside on the leather. More
This was my first experience buying a vehicle from Fowler Dodge. I had found a Jeep Wrangler that I liked on their website and decided to visit them. Brandon Hill met us and offered to let us test drive one of the Wranglers. I fell in love with it and knew that's what I wanted. Boy do they have a huge selection of Jeeps to choose from! What impressed me the most about visiting with Brandon and the other folks at Fowler Dodge was the total lack of any pressure. This has without a doubt been the easiest vehicle purchase that I can recall. Brandon provided me with his cell number and getting ahold of him either by telephone or text is easy. Forgive me if this sounds like an advertisement for Fowler Dodge... but if you even think you would like to look at a Jeep or one of their other Dodge products, don't hesitate to give them a call and ask for Brandon. You'll be glad you did. They're right there on the north side of the road at I-240 and the Santa Fe exit in Oklahoma City. More

We were looking for a particular Laramie and they went out of their way to find it for us. We later learned, at the time we were looking there were only 3 of what we wanted available.
