4 hours for oil change and tire rotation Made an appointment about three weeks ago for 10:00 AM for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived about 20 min. early and was taken right away. My car was moved to the parking lot and not brought in for service until 11:00 AM. I was in the waiting room until 1:00 PM and became frustrated, so I asked about my car. Oh they were just doing the paperwork now. Finally made it out at about 1:30 PM. Needless to say I will not be back. More
