Either Poor or Untrustworthy Service or a Bad Vehicle! I am so very dissatisfied with both the dealership and Chevrolet in general. Last year, I had my 2010 Traverse in for a Check Engine light service th I am so very dissatisfied with both the dealership and Chevrolet in general. Last year, I had my 2010 Traverse in for a Check Engine light service three times over a two month period. Every time they would fix the issue and every time the check engine light would be back on within a week's time. After the third time of this, and having to pay hundreds of dollars more each time, I finally decided to live with the check engine issue. This year the passenger temperature control went out so I had no choice but to take it back in. $900 and a weekend later I get it back and in less than 36 hours the check engine light is back on again! This is the fourth time in a row and i haven't even finished paying off the car yet! Due to this experience I am fairly confident that I am done with the dealership, and this will likely be the last Chevrolet I purchase. I can't even afford to do the standard mileage maintenance on the vehicle because I am too busy chasing check engine issues! Completely ridiculous! More

Customer service on truck recalls. Lost most of my work day on two recalls with a scheduled appointment. Took an hour and reminding the service technician that I was waiting a courtesy Lost most of my work day on two recalls with a scheduled appointment. Took an hour and reminding the service technician that I was waiting a courtesy ride to get back to my home office that is a 5 minute care ride from the dealership. Took two and half hours to get a ride back after notified service recalls were complete. I arrive at my at my scheduled appt time of 10am. Arrived back at home after 11am. Service call that truck was complete at noon. Was 2:40 before I was able to be picked up. And then both recalls were not complete. More
