Constantly have to bring back after service My last 3 visits to the service department have resulted in me having to bring my car back the next day to fix something that should have been fixed t My last 3 visits to the service department have resulted in me having to bring my car back the next day to fix something that should have been fixed the first time. Every time I get the oil changed here I have to return it because there is an oil leak that I am continuously told is because they forgot to tighten it all the way! In addition the last time i brought my car in I needed a new break light. When I returned home I checked and it was still out! I returned my car again (2nd return for this service) only to have them tell me that they were unaware that there were 2 break lights! The amount of additional time that I have to spend here getting something trivial serviced is completely unacceptable. I do not have three full days to take off of work everything I need an oil change. More

Excellent service Service advisor, Tall Tom, is always friendly and it's easy to discuss what's needed on my vehicle. I feel confident in leaving my truck in Century's hands for repair and I trust I'm receiving an honest estimate. My most recent visit was a semi-major repair plus maintenance. I feel I received quality service for the price and love those 20% coupons. Tom was did excellent at keeping me informed on what was going on with my truck, stuck true to his original estimate of cost, and had my truck to me in a very reasonable amount of time. More

Vehicle is in for the 3rd time in as many weeks Took a 25 month old car in for repair of an oil leak, after having it in the shop for 4.5 days, another larger fluid leak started just 6 days later. Had the vehicle in for service for another full week, and once again after having it home for 6 days fluid is pouring out. One would think a vehicle needing 12 days of service in 21 days and 3 separate trips could indicate a lack of competence. The customer facing employees are awesome, I just can't say I have any confidence at all my car will be fixed. If it is something that a Chevy Dealership service dept can't fix, then shame on you Chevy for not providing proper training on your new models. It's under warranty or I'd surely be looking elsewhere. More

Service on 2004 Colorado truck Our experience was outstanding. We called for a service and repair appointment and talked with Amy Archuleta. She was able to fit us in the same day Our experience was outstanding. We called for a service and repair appointment and talked with Amy Archuleta. She was able to fit us in the same day. The service and repair was completed the same day at a cost which was very reasonable. Not only was the overall experience very positive, but Amy was a very professional, friendly, and engaged manager thru all of it from start to finish. This was just the latest in a series of very positive experiences with Century over the last five years. We live in Boulder, which is a 35 minute drive away, so we need to be sure that our investment in time to get there will be worth it. Every service visit has been excellent. We highly recommend Century for Chevrolet service! More
