Fast Oil Change I waited for our truck to get an oil change. It was done quickly and the waiting room is nice and has free coffee, water and TV. Took all day for and alignment!!!!! I have been a customer of century for many years and have always had a wonderful experience with service, this last visit may have changed that for me I have been a customer of century for many years and have always had a wonderful experience with service, this last visit may have changed that for me. I has an appointment at 11am on a saturday for a simple alignment. I left the car because i had a few things to do. i returned at 4pm thinking my car would have been waiting in the lot all day, but when i came back it was still not done yet and the person i was dealing with in service was not very friendly about the situation, he never apologized or offered anything to make the situation better. I left very unhappy and overwhelmed almost an hour later!! why it took them 5 hours to work on my car when i had an appointment was still never explained to me!!! More
