If you've ever had your car damaged then you know how it feels to see your vehicle i I can't express enough how much I love the team at Century Chevy. Century calmed me down and assured me that they would fix my baby. Got me into a great rental with ease and on my way to work. Every aspect of getting my car repaired was stress free and easy for me. Every single person I worked with was kind and understanding and caring. They returned my car to me so perfect you'd never know someone had hit it. And to top it off, they cleaned the whole thing for me which as a busy mom was beyond appreciated. I have never met a crew like that one at Century Chevy and I don't intend to ever go anywhere else. Great Care John was great he made sure things were fixed right. I brought my car over a couple of weeks ago with the oil leak but was told that they could not fi John was great he made sure things were fixed right. Fast Oil Change I waited for our truck to get an oil change. It was done quickly and the waiting room is nice and has free coffee, water and TV. Took all day for and alignment!!!!! I have been a customer of century for many years and have always had a wonderful experience with service, this last visit may have changed that for me I have been a customer of century for many years and have always had a wonderful experience with service, this last visit may have changed that for me. I has an appointment at 11am on a saturday for a simple alignment. I left the car because i had a few things to do. i returned at 4pm thinking my car would have been waiting in the lot all day, but when i came back it was still not done yet and the person i was dealing with in service was not very friendly about the situation, he never apologized or offered anything to make the situation better. I left very unhappy and overwhelmed almost an hour later!! why it took them 5 hours to work on my car when i had an appointment was still never explained to me!!! More
