Do Not Go Here If You Want Honest Customer Service Let me start by saying that I have been going to Century for 20 years on and off, I thought it was the one place to get a fair, honest deal. My last experience buying a car in May they tried to pull one over on myself and my husband and add 1500 dollars to the loan without us noticing. I did the math and the finance guy tried to play it off as a simple mistake, really? This is your job and funny how it was done to get us to buy the extra warranty. We bought the car but I have been wary about the place since. I will now be cancelling the warranty and finding one on my own. I went in to get the oil changed and asked if the equinox I previously bought was still under warranty and the man in service said yes. I took it in and when time came they said I had no warranty. Convenient right? I now am forced to pay the diagnostic fee because of their mistake. They did cut it down to $70 bucks but funny how the mistakes they make always end up in their favor! I don't trust them to fix it and will take my business to someone I can trust. Sorry just doesn't cut it. More

Great Care John was great he made sure things were fixed right.
