My Chevy Experience I have had bad experience in the past at buying vehicles especially when it comes to me wanting a truck and not a small car. Long wait, no customer service Even though I had an appointment I waited for over an hour. After sitting for an hour I went to check on my car and it was finished but no one had com Even though I had an appointment I waited for over an hour. After sitting for an hour I went to check on my car and it was finished but no one had come to get me. I stood in front of the desks where several people failed to acknowledge me. Finally a woman asked if I had been helped and she checked me out. There was no thanks for waiting or apology for how long it took. This was the last free oil change with my warranty and I'm sad to say I won't be back to spend money on the next one. I expect to be treated well and have a reasons wait time if I have an appointment. More
