I was greeted by a friendly big smile from service writer Amy, and then friendly Mike gave me a ride back home in Century's shuttle service, and when my car was ready Mike picked me up and drove me to this nice dealership to pickup my Corvette. Amy also gave me a complimentary car wash coupon. Overall a very pleasant and efficient experience at this wonderful dealership. Highly recommend Century Chevrolet for all your car needs. More

Just an oil change My first experience over a year ago was very pleasant and I was given a coupon for a free car wash. I get discount coupons every Xmas so I used one f My first experience over a year ago was very pleasant and I was given a coupon for a free car wash. I get discount coupons every Xmas so I used one for an oil change this past weekend. My appt was at 2pm; I got there 1:50pm but did not get the car back till after 3:30pm. No more free car wash either. Truth be told I went looking at some of the new cars and the one salesman was extremely personable. Now back in the early 90s I was in marketing for Nissan and briefly sold cars for one of the Nissan dealers. Hard job. But now being on the customer side of things, I don't think it should take more than an hour and a half for an oil change, considering I had a confirmed appointment at 2pm, and since I could get the work done closer to home, I made it a point to drive the extra 10 miles or so to take it to Century. While I appreciate the Xmas card coupons, I think that the car wash coupon, especially in this crazy weather here in Colorado would have been an excellent idea and I wish they would reinstate that for their customers. More

Oil change Excellent service but there is an issue: When the Suburban's hood is raised, the corner cowling pieces come loose and fall off. They cost $32 a piece. I have replaced them 6 times when I forget to ensure after the vehicle being serviced that the pieces are pushed back in place or they come off as I am driving down the road.
