Worse experience ever!!! Will never buy from Cheve or GM because of the horrible service of this dealer ships service dept. They didnt keep notes of issues and didnt even fix any of the issues but charged us for the indpection that we later found out were never proformed. After 4 years still havent resolved the issues, and very time we tried to get GM and cheve's headquarters to help resolve the issue the didnt even care to hear our side abd informed us that their not going to do anything to resolve the issues that their dealer ship caysed by not performing the work they were suppose too. They told us that we would have to sue them and that they dont have to follow state and federal laws and/or do right by their customers. This dealer ship had our car for 3 weeks and they didnt do anything to resolve the issues, now we have to take it to another place and go with out again. There is no accountabilty on their end. Beware of this dealership their very shadey and money grubbers. You will NOT get your money worth from this place. More
They treat you right Tom Ricicki did an excellent job, took the time and made the effort to co-ordinate with my 3rd party warranty company to get me the best deal possible Tom Ricicki did an excellent job, took the time and made the effort to co-ordinate with my 3rd party warranty company to get me the best deal possible for the required parts. He also noted that my Silverado 2500HD Diesel was due for some service work which I decided to have done as long as the truck was there. The Technicians did a great job in completing the repairs and required service in a much shorter time than I had anticipated. I appreciate the prompt service, the attention to detail and the friendly atmosphere. More

The service was prompt and the service advisor checked on me a couple of times to let me know the progress and how much longer it would be! He was very efficient and friendly. I spoke with Lindsey and she had me take it their service department. They diagnosed the problem and advised me it would take a week to get the part in. They provided me with a rental at no cost while the car was in their service department. They also covered the cost of the repair. Way to go! More

Pleasant First Service Experiance This was my first visit to Century Chevrolet and it was very fast and convenient. I needed service for a recall on my 2017 Volt. I used the dealer's o This was my first visit to Century Chevrolet and it was very fast and convenient. I needed service for a recall on my 2017 Volt. I used the dealer's on-line appointment scheduler to make an appointment convenient for me. I received a phone call to confirm within minutes. My appointment was the next day and I was able to drive right in the service bay on time. Tom was incredibly friendly and helpful checking me in, and even informed me there was a second recall on my vehicle that I was not yet aware of. My car was checked out for both issues and ready for pickup within an hour. All was covered by warranty so there was no chatge to me. Tom also answered my questions about suggested future and regular service for my Volt. I will definately be scheduling any future service with Century. More
