Dropped ball Left my son's car the night before for two recalls. The service guys at drop off assured me that it would be done and my son picked up all by noon since he had a 2pm interview across town for which he had to be there 15-30 min ahead. At 12:40 still no word. When I called, the car was still inside and the tech had gone to lunch. It "looks done" I was told so they would call and then go pick up my son. Luckily he made the interview and got the job but he has diagnosed high anxiety and this certainly didn't help. More

Poor customer service. This was my 2nd visit to this service center after purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. My overall experience with the sales and service depart This was my 2nd visit to this service center after purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. My overall experience with the sales and service departments have been negative ones. I had to make a return visit after 2 issues with my car were not corrected the first time due to "unable to duplicate customer's complaint". The service department gave me the same lame explanation after the 2nd visit and my car continues to display the same issues- and I do not wish to go back to this center for a 3rd visit. The staff is unfriendly and will not even acknowledge you are standing there waiting after you arrive. They fail to follow-through on what they tell you they will do, and they seem extremely untrustworthy. I could list several other reasons for my dissatisfaction, but will leave it with these major complaints. More

OK Service First off I don't feel my list of concerns were taken too seriously. There were small things that I feel should have been jumped on just to make me feel good and that I bought a Chevrolet/Cadillac for a reason. Then there were big things and they were returned back to me as they couldn't find anything. Also, car was in for service for many days. I just was not impressed. It saddens me that my friends that have Hyundais or Toyotas get better service than my American Made Luxury car. I said yes I would recommend this service center. I would but it would come with a few warnings for the person I recommend to. More
