Great Customer Service I arrived early to my appointment so Cody was still with his earlier appointment, but Aimee was free when I arrived so she checked me in early and was I arrived early to my appointment so Cody was still with his earlier appointment, but Aimee was free when I arrived so she checked me in early and was so friendly and helpful. I didn't know what was wrong with my car, all I knew was it was hesitating to start and even failed to start a couple times. Aimee wasn't phased by my lack of car knowledge and was able to get my service started quickly. Once my car was being serviced, Cody checked in with me several times with updates and, like Aimee, explained everything so that I understood what was going on. Both Aimee and Cody were lovely to work with and I plan to return to this service department again in the future. More

Excellent service I recently had to bring my car in for repair of the fuel system. Turns out it was on a recall and GM, standing by their warrenty, covered everything. I recently had to bring my car in for repair of the fuel system. Turns out it was on a recall and GM, standing by their warrenty, covered everything. I didn't have to do a thing and even got my car back the next day which was amazing considering all that they had to do. Century's service department rocks! More

Great service! I took my Silverado in for a seat belt recall. This was my second visit to Century and John Hobart could not have been more accommodating. He pointed out what services I needed and gave me the option as to what services i wanted them to perform. The free car wash was an added perk, that I think showed a real "Thank You" from John and Century Chevrolet. I will definitely not think twice about bring my vehicles to John Hobart and Century Chevrolet. More

Poor service I am not pleased with this dealership. I bought a 17 Z06 took it in for heating, smoke out of pipes, ticking..they said they fixed it it was back th I am not pleased with this dealership. I bought a 17 Z06 took it in for heating, smoke out of pipes, ticking..they said they fixed it it was back the next day same issue, they kept it for couple hours said it was okay, still ticks and smokes to this day. My 17 Z71 i took for a topper and window tints, the window tint isnt even close the back is factory 20 and they tinted the front 30 looks awful and the accessories girl says it looks fine, the topper where it got scratch putting it on the touched it up with flat black looks like cheap, and finally they had my vett a week cause no-one passed on the message it was there for tint. Will not recommend to anyone and will avoid them at all cost. More

Not a very good service center!!! Dropped off vehicle a month ago to have a full service including brake fluid change! We never had problems with this brake system ever. A week afte Dropped off vehicle a month ago to have a full service including brake fluid change! We never had problems with this brake system ever. A week after we picked it up brake lights starting to come on took it back they said they fixed it. Four days later light came on again dropped it off they said it had a bad master cylinder wanted to charge me $1200 the first maintenance was $2000 sounds to me like they don't know what they're doing! They want to charge you for anything they screw up I took it to a different repair shop charge me $350 that's with the new master cylinder and labor. More
