Awful Service, Outright Insulting My purchase experience was fine with Century Chevrolet, but that's a one time thing with a dealer. Service is where you spend most of your time and my first time in they blew it. TL;DR; Century Chevrolet completely failed to provide even passable customer service in their Service department. They would not listen to what the issue was, pretended it was impossible for it to happen, passive aggressively insulted my intelligence, and did not resolve the issue. They've lost a customer for life. This encounter started when I brought my electric vehicle in for its first maintenance service. I was prompted to do so because my Key Fob for my vehicle stopped working the day before. The vehicle would not start, and did not have a key back up. The doors would not lock or unlock, again no key back up. Therefore, the Key Fob is critical to the function of the vehicle. When I dropped the vehicle off with service I described all of this. I was able to get the vehicle started after using a backup pocket for the Key Fob, but that took some digging through the vehicle messages and manual. After using this pocket method the Key Fob started responding again. Still, I was not comfortable with the thought of this process failing and leaving me stranded. The service team said they would look at the Key Fobs, though they completely failed at this. First they called me when the maintenance was done, saying they had tested the Key Fobs and were able to Remote Start the vehicle. I explained the issue was not with Remote Starting the vehicle, it was with the vehicle starting at all. They then claimed that what I was saying happened is just not possible. Well it happened to me. They said they would retest and call back. When they later called back they started to explain that when an electric vehicle starts there's no motor that runs, but it's still started. Very insulting, this is my second electric vehicle, and I've had this for months now. They went on to explain how to do a Remote Start. Even more insulting, it's obvious they did not listen at all during the last call. After explaining again that the vehicle would not start at all, having nothing to do with Remote Start, and that I had to place the Key Fob in to the back up pocket before it would start, they finally explained that what the pocket does is reprogram the Key Fob. This could all have been avoided if they'd just listened when I dropped off the vehicle and explained the reprogramming process then! But they weren't done. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle they had also printed out a copy of the instructions for how to Remote Start the vehicle and left them on the passenger seat for me to find. Beyond insulting. At this point this had went beyond them just being confused, inept, or otherwise bad at their job, and in to a territory of aggressive and unacceptable behavior. And if you're going to be a jerk, at least have the guts to be one to my face, instead of passive aggressively leaving a print out. Avoid Century Chevrolet if you value your time, money, or have any sense. They will not only waste your time and money, but they are awful at providing even basic service. I will never use them for service, I will never buy a car from them, and I will warn everyone to stay away from them. I recommend you do the same. More

Kept my car all day without looking at it. I had a 9am appointment to have my car looked at for the air conditioning. It went all day without being looked at and I didn't even get a call until 4pm telling me they never looked at it and they would need to keep it another day. Ridiculous!!! I had to call the next day and speak with a manager just to get a update on what was wrong. I had a coupon for a $99 air condition reset and inspection and of course when I went to pick it up my bill was over $200 which included my coupon. They originally quoted me over $200 before I mentioned I had a coupon but apparently they did extra stuff that I seriously doubt they did. Total scam. I will never return and will spread the word! More

Poor Follow Up I was not called when my vehicle was ready therefore I called to follow up. Great Customer Service I arrived early to my appointment so Cody was still with his earlier appointment, but Aimee was free when I arrived so she checked me in early and was I arrived early to my appointment so Cody was still with his earlier appointment, but Aimee was free when I arrived so she checked me in early and was so friendly and helpful. I didn't know what was wrong with my car, all I knew was it was hesitating to start and even failed to start a couple times. Aimee wasn't phased by my lack of car knowledge and was able to get my service started quickly. Once my car was being serviced, Cody checked in with me several times with updates and, like Aimee, explained everything so that I understood what was going on. Both Aimee and Cody were lovely to work with and I plan to return to this service department again in the future. More
