Tall Tom is a hoot. Not happy that I had to replace an ABS cable on a truck with 13,000 miles on it. But not your (or GM's) fault. They also chewed up the ignition cables in our old 1500 (also purchased from Century in 2005). My wife wont let me shoot them, so Tall Tom had the perfect solution.: There are now two large rubber snakes on duty under the front-end of the High Country. More

I have use only this service center for m truck maintenance. Tom was really helpful. Did not push for extra service and made a comment that my truck was in good condition. Excellent From setting up an appointment to arriving at the dealership it was hassle free. I was greeted by the smiling face of Ms. Nadine Love. who took over From setting up an appointment to arriving at the dealership it was hassle free. Walk in servivce - no problem! I have had problems with my brand new battery. Rather than to get stranded again - when it began to act up (after being 'fixed' by another mechanic), I have had problems with my brand new battery. Rather than to get stranded again - when it began to act up (after being 'fixed' by another mechanic), I drove directly to Century Chevrolet. I was immediately ushered into the garage, when protective gear was put in the cabin, before they knew what I was needed. When questioned, the service clerk said that was standard service. I so appreciate that my light colored interior would not be damaged, regardless of what the needs of the vehicle were! I explained to the service writer what had happened and was happening. I do not have car language, but she was able to interpret what I said and get the necessary repairs ordered without making me feel foolish. I was escorted to the waiting room, where I was able to read, study, watch tv, snack on the popcorn and drink the coffee that was waiting for customers. The repairs were made and I was on my way in relatively short order. I so appreciate being able to take my vehicle to a repair shop, knowing with confidence that my vehicle, and I are in good hands! More
