Broke family heirloom and didnt finish my repairs!! Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I go pick my truck up. they replaced the door panels.BUT DIDN'T EVEN FINISH THE JOB. SERIOUSLY I HAVE Worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I go pick my truck up. they replaced the door panels.BUT DIDN'T EVEN FINISH THE JOB. SERIOUSLY I HAVE A 1/3 finished door. Then I have a rosary hanging around my rear view mirror. It is a rosary that my grandmother gave me. I have taken my truck 4 wheeling. This rosary has literally banged on and off of my dashboard for years without breaking. SOMEHOW I TAKE IT TO THESE PEOPLE AND IT BREAKS. AND NOT JUST LIKE THE LINKS CAME UNDONE....I MEAN SOMEHOW THESE WINNERS BROKE THE JESUS OFF THE CROSS. HOW THE xxxx DOES THAT HAPPEN FIXING THE DOORS, RADIO AND AXLE???? It can't. Somebody working there had to have physically broke it off with a screwdriver or knife or something. You can't tell me that when doing a job nowhere near my rear view mirror the Jesus on a rosary just fell off its cross. When I took it to a jewler to be fixed their words were "there's no way this just fell off, I can tell by the break it was pried off" And to make matters worse. My service writer. Didnt acknowledge the broken rosary. Not even a sorry that happened. He was going to FINISH my door.finish it?oh hey thanks that's so nice of you to finish your job. But not a word about a family heirloom that was broken NOWHERE NEAR THE WORK THEY DID. . And with that I just said screw it I'm going to take my truck to a different dealership to get finished even if it's going to cost me money out of pocket because of how much I will never set foot in that place again.. and I will tirelessly go about warning people, posting reviews, bbb complaint, and doing everything I can to not have anybody whoever hears my voice go back into this place. I was even thinking about trading my truck in for a Colorado when I went in and nobody even talked to me about that. And thank God because if I would have bought a car from them I would have taken it back after this crap. How hard is it to see the door wasn't finished and why did someone maliciously break my rosary? More

Repair was made minus a part that needed to be ordered. John told me that the part would be in in 2-3 days and that they would call me when it arrived. A week goes by. Nothing. Two weeks go by. Nothing. I call and leave a message. Nothing. I email. Nothing. I walk in the the dealership on 5/20/17 to speak with John about the status of the part. He checks on the part to see if it came in. It did, but the fact that there is so much incompetence throughout the company, that no one was notified that the part had come in. Repair was made and I was on my way. One month later. More
Own up to it, please. I had a routine oil change at Century Chevrolet. I was on time. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to get my truck back. Everyone else in the waiting I had a routine oil change at Century Chevrolet. I was on time. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to get my truck back. Everyone else in the waiting area was long gone and a whole new group of people were waiting with me. When I left the dealership I could smell oil burning. I stopped nearby, opened the hood and noted smoke from the manifold area. Not a big deal, figuring a little spillage is not that unusual. I drove home, parked in my driveway where it sat for several hours. When I moved my truck I found a 10" oil puddle in my driveway. The truck dripped oil for a couple of days before stopping completely. I realize things like this happen. My gripe is that the service guys did not tell me they had spilled a considerable amount of oil on my engine. The extra time I waited was likely needed for them to wipe up as much oil as they could. Pretending nothing had happened and dismissing the extra time as "other customers ahead of me" when I was one of the very first appointments st 7:30 AM, is what has me thinking I need to find somewhere else to have my truck serviced. The first time I took my truck there I found a couple of days later that my windshield fluid reservoir was empty. That can be a huge deal in Colorado in the winter. 2 strikes... still undecided if I will go back. More

I live 800 miles from Century Che Thank you, Tom Ricicki and Glenn Parker, for your professionalism in working with me under difficult circumstances. I live 800 miles from Century Chevrolet and so I needed to make many phone calls to these two gentlemen, who thankfully were very patient with me, and they were able to answer all my questions and help me through a difficult situation to see to it I received my car in as close to new as they could make it. Special thanks as well to the dedicated people who detailed my car, twice, working many, many hours to make it "sparkle" ask Tom had promised. My one regret is I did not get to meet you in person to shake your hands. More

A simple transmission fluid flush We took our car in for a transmission fluid flush and when we got the car back it wasn't running correctly. We took it back the following day. Well We took our car in for a transmission fluid flush and when we got the car back it wasn't running correctly. We took it back the following day. Well after three days at the dealership, my husband called and they said it was ready. When my husband asked why they hadn't called to tell us the car was ready, they could not give a good answer. Not only did they keep the car for three days unnecessarily without any follow up, they also made the simple mistake of not putting enough transmission fluid in the car. That is why it wasn't working properly, and our transmission could have been ruined. We would have been better off taking it to any garage other than Century. We have had a good experience with them in the past, but not this time!!This is an example of a poorly run dealership with a price tag of $185.00! More
