Well worth the wait My transmission wave plate went out. Tall Tom and his team did a great job even though it took a couple of weeks. He set me up with a rental car so I didn't miss a beat. It was covered under warranty thank goodness. The only issues I had was upon returning the rental, the agent noticed a small dent on the hood. I didn't notice it when I took the car and hope something didn't happen when I had the car. I barely drove it honestly. The other issue is they quoted me $99 total labor but then said they made a mistake on the rental fee and added another $100 when I was told the car rental was covered by the warranty. I paid it, but felt misinformed. The car is running like a champ now so I'm very happy about that. More

Excellent! I needed the oil changed in my car before heading out of town unexpectedly. I was in and out in no more than half an hour. Poor service The service was not what I expected. The engine check light had come on and when the error code was check it was stated that I needed to replace code The service was not what I expected. The engine check light had come on and when the error code was check it was stated that I needed to replace code P0014 Exhaust Cam Solenoid. This solenoid was replace by a shop that I have used for many years and I trust their judgement on the work that needed to be done. They have replaced both of the Variable Value Timing Solenoid Exhaust and the intake solenoid. They have also stated that this error code can be caused by the Balance Shaft Chain. At this time I am ready to get rid of the vehicle and get something that is not even a GM vehicle. More
