Twice disappointed It seems that whomever you talk to in the service department is not really listening to what you say and make assumptions about what you want to happe It seems that whomever you talk to in the service department is not really listening to what you say and make assumptions about what you want to happen without clarifying. I have used Century twice in recent years and both times everything I asked be done wasn't completed and had to be sent back in to finish the requests. They even have trouble taking your money. Four service agents and two customers, but had to wait 15 min.'s to be helped by one of them. Very unorganized bunch of people. More

Inaccurate, incorrect diagnostic I brought my vehicle in for a possible charging issue (volt gauge on dash only showing 12 volts) and was told that the alternator was bad. Century wan I brought my vehicle in for a possible charging issue (volt gauge on dash only showing 12 volts) and was told that the alternator was bad. Century wanted almost $700 to change it which was ridiculous. I replaced the alternator myself at a cost of $150 and it took me less than 15 minutes. The next day, I learned that it was doing the same thing. They also claimed they could not detect a buzzing sound coming from the radio we described during the extensive diagnostic. Immediately upon picking up the vehicle, the radio was buzzing. At this point, we're not even sure a diagnostic was actually done. More
