Unprofessional service writers. Problem fixed. Pulled my car in service, no one says a thing. No hello, what brings you in today. Cory or Cody was shoving a burrito in his face at his desk so I asked him I he could help. Apparently I interrupted his lunch. As he licked the burrito remnants off his fingers, he took my keys and got the mileage. Pretty much said we'll call when it's done and sent me on my way. Just a rude person who should not be service writing. No customer service skills whatsoever. Glen the service manager went above and beyond and resolve the issue and i was quite happy with what he had to say. More

Sales and finance did not The service department, I believe, is there to ensure the customer is fully satisfied and I discovered that they will go through great lengths to achi The service department, I believe, is there to ensure the customer is fully satisfied and I discovered that they will go through great lengths to achieve such goal. Everyone is very nice and willing to help. My vehicle was in the shop a total of 3 weeks which seemed quite long for a steering wheel issue but the service department was determined to correct the issue. I was impressed with that. I would recommend the service department. I still would not recommend the sales and finance department to anyone due to my poor experience with them. I'm still not happy that the final terms were not what I agreed and signed for with the sales person. I'm also still not happy that my one and only request was not met when buying my car. That fault falls on the sales person for lack of knowledge. More
