Battery was not holding charge and needed help My 2005 Chevrolet Impala's battery was not holding a charge and I needed help. I pull into the garage and was immediately helped by Josh Karczewski. My 2005 Chevrolet Impala's battery was not holding a charge and I needed help. I pull into the garage and was immediately helped by Josh Karczewski. I was called back within an hour to let me know the battery needed to be replaced and the alternator was also testing to be replaced. I gave the ok to replace both and we would need to order an alternator and would come in the next day. I was offered a shuttle ride back to my home and within another hour, service was completed and I was driven back to Century to pick up the car. 2-3 hours from writeup to completion and without an appointment, that was quick and appreciative service. Quick oil change I made an appointment for an oil change, but had made plans so thought I would bring it in early to drop it off.
