Though service took longer than I originally predicted, the car runs great an have no complaints for Nichole's handling of the service. After I got into my car to leave, however, I noticed that the service techs emptied my glove compartment of all of its contents and left them on the passenger's side floor. I'm not sure that was intended, or if they decided they preferred to have me re-organize the compartment myself, but it was a bit of an unpleasant surprise to come back to. I highly doubt this had anything to do with Nichole, though. I thought I'd let you all know what happened. More

Was given the run around I’ll start by saying the people are very friendly, but I had an appointment they didn’t even see my car that day and made me sit in the waiting room f I’ll start by saying the people are very friendly, but I had an appointment they didn’t even see my car that day and made me sit in the waiting room for 2 hours before finally getting me a rental car. Then two days later had to call to find out about my car. Where they tried to upsell me a transmission fluid, which I called back and wanted taken off. But was told I couldn’t because the mechanics started. But then when I wanted to speak to a manager magically my car hadn’t been started for the transmission fluid and could be removed. (Short version of the story) Very unhappy with how it was handled. Will not be back. More
