Poor quality of service and workmanship Spent over a couple thousand dollars at this dealship trying to stop the warning lights,noises and leaks. I took it in for no heat and a tire sensor and I got an estimate for over $5000 in repairs. Over $1784 of the bill were gaskets they repaired between 1 1/2 to 2 years ago that are apparantly leaking again. Of course the warranty is only 1 year. Plus the water pump was replaced 11 mos ago by another shop and apparently that was bad also and this dealership wants $667 to replace it. Alot of add on services like brakes, crank shaft seals that were done previously. Tired of getting ripped off. Dealership wanted to work out a deal but with such poor workmanship, I would be wasting more money. Had to pay $150 for bad diagnosis to get my car out of that place. More

Though service took longer than I originally predicted, the car runs great an have no complaints for Nichole's handling of the service. After I got into my car to leave, however, I noticed that the service techs emptied my glove compartment of all of its contents and left them on the passenger's side floor. I'm not sure that was intended, or if they decided they preferred to have me re-organize the compartment myself, but it was a bit of an unpleasant surprise to come back to. I highly doubt this had anything to do with Nichole, though. I thought I'd let you all know what happened. More
