My first bad experience I bought my suburban here 10 years ago and have always used Century Chevrolet as my service provider. Love working with Tall Tom and Ramone over the y I bought my suburban here 10 years ago and have always used Century Chevrolet as my service provider. Love working with Tall Tom and Ramone over the years and was treated fairly and professionally. This time, when I arrived for my scheduled service, I was not acknowledged for several minutes then waved in by Amy. However, she was on a personal phone call as I stood there at her counter for several minutes waiting for her to get off the call. Meanwhile another young lady stood behind her texting on her phone. Terrible service again I brought my truck back to have something fixed that was not fixed the first time and I had paid for. I advised them that I would wait for it since th I brought my truck back to have something fixed that was not fixed the first time and I had paid for. I advised them that I would wait for it since this should have been done before. I checked on what was happening after waiting for 2 hours. They said they were still working on it and it should be another 15 minutes. 45 minutes later they said that they would need more time. I assume that my truck had been sitting there for the 2 hours that I was waiting and nothing was done. I now have to bring it back again for a 3rd time for the same thing as I did not have the time to wait again. You would think that the dealer would be on top of this problem since they didn't fix it the first time correctly. More

Disappointing Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation , Car was running fine 3 and Half hours later I was told I need brakes and a wheel alignment . Then I Took my car in for oil change and tire rotation , Car was running fine 3 and Half hours later I was told I need brakes and a wheel alignment . Then I was told I needed a battery. After getting my car back found out the heater stopped working again it was working fine before I took it in. So instead of paying 48 dollars for oil change and tire rotation its costing me a thousand dollars plus. I understand that brakes get worn and new ones are needed but when things go bad while in the shop doesn't feel right. Not only that the original service person I was dealing with left. More

Excellent All Points and Tire Inspection with Fixes The Century team was attentive and flexible, working with me every step of the way to discuss what should be done and the timing to complete the work. They were honest in their assessments of my car's needs, and did not try to push items on me that were not needed, even though substitutions could have been reasonable (e.g. new winter tires). More
