I called an hour later after no response and left a message with someone named Cody also zero response. Around 5 pm I managed to talk to one of the employees long enough to tell them my situation instead of them just passing me to another machine without any regard to my problem and about 20 minutes after that I was finally informed my vehicle was ready. I pickup my vehicle and it was absolutely filthy on the outside. More

THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD I took my car in for recall issue with company car. I forgot the rep's name, I think it was tall paul? I have read hundreds of complaints from others with exactly the same issue on the same year, make and model car. Surprise!!! The issue they determined was not covered. My power steering goes out while driving my car. EXTREMELY dangerous in my opinion and I have almost had 2 accidents because of it. I cannot afford a new car and can't even sell this car in good conscience because of the safety issue. No help whatsoever from the dealer and they left me without a car for the entire day. I dropped the car off at around 8am and called them at 2pm to ask if they had looked at it, which they hadn't. I was told that someone would call me shortly, but no one did. I called again at 6:30pm to be told the repair would not be covered. They told me their shuttle driver would call me as soon as he got back to make arrangement to come get me so I could take my car home. After over an hour I had to call an Uber for a ride to get my car. Beware of this place!!!! I wish I could give less than one star for pretty much all categories. More
