This leads to the only reason why I rated my experience as 4-star. We had scheduled the appointment for 8 am and our Tahoe wasn't looked at until late in the day. Other than that we were very happy with the overall experience. Tom kept me regularly informed and was always very pleasant to speak with. As it turned out the water pump was shot and the thermostat needed to be replaced. Unfortunate but not entirely unexpected at 160k miles. Since we had purchased this car used with about 138k miles and had no information about how well it was maintained we went ahead and had the full service treatment - injector cleaning, flush/fill all fluids, alignment, etc. This was only my second time to Century Chevrolet but each visit has been pleasant and I always felt I was treated fairly. More
Great experience anx they made tghe alignment right. Had my alignment fixed. The previous alignment still had my steering wheel offset and the truck would pull to the right. Very poor service.. Faulse advertising ride customer service Cody was very rude and definitely didn't listen to my needs. He was told when i scheduled my appointment for an oil change for my. 09 BMW i asked spec Cody was very rude and definitely didn't listen to my needs. I was told by your booking agent there would be no problem to meet the needs of my vechile. The oil change chage would ne 9.87. I shpuld expect no additional cjarge. I was also offeted the free 50 point inspection. None of that was done. And i repeatedly asked Cody why eas he charging me 97. And the ad stated 9.84.. He was very rude and insisted on repeating we are a chevy dealer. As if to say to me I don't care about ypur BMW. I will never refer anyone to your business. I guess yrue customer service just doesn't exist anymore. More
Bad online communication I schedule a service appointment to get new tires online. When I showed up at my schedule time the tires were not ordered and I was asked to come back I schedule a service appointment to get new tires online. When I came back my tires were still not there and they asked if they could keep my truck because they should be in the next morning. They were not they had it for about a week, just for tires. The cell staff was very understanding of my frustration and try to do their best to be helpful. But it was a lot to go through just for tires. The customer service was good and I do think the people that were able to listen to my complaints but it will make me think twice before going through their online service. It seems that when you do things online that nobody gets notified and the shop area. That should be fixed! More
