All of the staff I dealt with was very friendly, including the pickup/dropoff escort. Much improved from when I visited Century for my 2001 suburban. Truthfully based on the service years ago, I avoided Chevy products in my next purchase and didn't consider using Century again. I'm glad I have given it a second chance. It seems as if the management has either changed or improved over the years. More
