High Mileage Service Our 2004 Chevy Tahoe was overheating and leaking fluid so I scheduled service online through Century's website. This leads to the only reason why I r Our 2004 Chevy Tahoe was overheating and leaking fluid so I scheduled service online through Century's website. This leads to the only reason why I rated my experience as 4-star. We had scheduled the appointment for 8 am and our Tahoe wasn't looked at until late in the day. Other than that we were very happy with the overall experience. Tom kept me regularly informed and was always very pleasant to speak with. As it turned out the water pump was shot and the thermostat needed to be replaced. Unfortunate but not entirely unexpected at 160k miles. Since we had purchased this car used with about 138k miles and had no information about how well it was maintained we went ahead and had the full service treatment - injector cleaning, flush/fill all fluids, alignment, etc. This was only my second time to Century Chevrolet but each visit has been pleasant and I always felt I was treated fairly. More
