Saturday morning drop off to change oil. I asked if a service tech could take my truck for a drive to investigate a loud running sound. Was told my truck couldn't be diagnosed by sound. I think my truck service tech could take my truck for a drive to investigate a loud running sound. Was told my truck couldn't be diagnosed by sound. I think my truck my not be shifting from 3rd gear into 4th. I'm not am Auto mechanic but but a qualified service tech could tell. The oil change went great but I'm going to take my truck to a transmission shop to evaluate it because your service department is unable to. More
