Took my 2020 Silverado for service for dead battery. Service department had my vehicle for 4 days. Service thought it was an after market alarm put on by Emich Chevrolet. Emich sent a tech over to remov Service department had my vehicle for 4 days. Service thought it was an after market alarm put on by Emich Chevrolet. Emich sent a tech over to remove alarm and stated it was definitely not the problem. I was called to come pick up truck and a new battery was installed with no service codes were being thrown. I arrived only to find out battery had not been installed yet! Came back 3 hours later to pick up. No paperwork from service, they didn’t know how to bill the service? Told me if I have any other issues to go to Emich. Guess they must not be a certified Chevy service provider? More
Frank was friendly and aware of the unique features of the Chevy Volt. After we agreed on what was to be done and was quoted an approximate price for the work, I got a call later saying that transmission the Chevy Volt.
