He also seemed to be concerned with my own personal time regarding the loss of use with my truck along with my time dealing with him and the dealership. His communication of the service status was excellent which allowed me to understand where they were at in fixing the problem. Another person who I dealt with was Nadine Love and she was excellent in helping me schedule my service appointment while sensing my frustration of not having someone available to take a look at the truck without an appointment. Century is the best! Medved is the worst Century fixed my Silverado properly. They ordered the correct parts and made the correct repair. Medved didn't replace the parts with broken clips, instead they literally used 2-sided tape to attach some front grille parts back on my, then brand new, 2017 Silverado.
