New Chevy 1500 Silverado Everyone that I had to deal with to purchase my new truck were very friendly and knowledgeable. There was also no pressure to purchase a new vehicle. I was interested in two trucks and I went back and forth between the two vehicles several times. They were on opposite sides of the lot and the salesman (Kirby) was more than happy to walk back and forth with me, He was also very knowledgeable about the two trucks and was willing to answer all the questions that I had. Average with long weight. Had 2pm appointment for oil change and tire rotation and arrived a few minutes before. I was advised that they were running behind and it would be about an hour and half wait. It was actually over 3 hours. They did recommend additional services but only had them change the air and cabin filters. If I had the other work done, it would have been 4 or more hours. I doubt that I will return. More
EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! Amy Archuleta in the Service Department was great from the very start up to the very end when I was picking up my vehicle. She listened carefully to every detail I said and was able to translate what I was experiencing to the technicians. As the technicians were working on my vehicle, she kept me well informed as to the cost and the status; and gave me timelines (I had a lot of work that needed to be done!) as to when I could expect my vehicle. My experience was AWESOME! The gentleman who took my car was so kind, and polite. It is rare that you can have a team that collaborates together as well as they did, and all be AMAZING! Even though I did not meet the mechanics, i want to let everyone know they are GREAT! I took my vehicle to Automotive Wrench off 80th & Wadsworth. I told them that i was hearing a loud noise in my motor. They said it was my air conditioning, actually the lines to my air conditioning had to get cleaned out. When I picked my car up and over $500.00; my vehicle was still making the same noise. That is when I decided to bring it to a Chevrolet dealership. Century Chevrolet was a great experience. As I stated, kept me informed the entire time. I definitely will not take my car to any other place in the future. I highly recommend this AWESOME TEAM! Susan Abeyta More

Poor Service I had a very bad experience with Century Service Department. I brought my car in to have the dash lights checked out for the second time. I was told I I had a very bad experience with Century Service Department. I brought my car in to have the dash lights checked out for the second time. I was told I would have a call by the end of the day - nothing. I left a message for John, my assigned tec, and was not called back. Thankfully I was able to borrow a vehicle to be able to get to work the following day. I left several messages the following day and even told the operator that I had left messages with no return calls. She stated that John was overwhelmed as he had over 100 clients. This is an excuse for lack of service? I finally got a call 2 days later and was told that the part had to be ordered and would be in Monday or Tuesday. I was told I could get my car until the part came in. After picking up the person whose car I borrowed, I went to the shop to get my car and was told that the tec lost my key. This was the only key I had for my car. I asked what was going to happen and was told by John that they would have another key made and I was given a rental car until the part came and my car was finished. Mind you, my car had to be left unlocked until a key could be ordered. I did not receive any updates for 3 days when I was finally told the part had not come in on the expected truck. After having my car for a week and 2 days, the part came and my car was finished. When I went to pick up my car, the quote I was given and the bill were different by $60. When I asked the tec, he said it was taxes. Personally, I felt I should have received a discount for all the trouble, but no. The only way I will be taking my car back to Century is if the repairs are covered under the remaining warranties. This is a shame as I have been having Century do all the repairs, oil changes, tire rotations, etc. They lost a loyal customer. More
