Not the car I wanted. The car I deserve! I originally wanted a 2012 sonic, but it was no longer there. Oil change, rotate tires and add air to the tires 1. Dropped the car off at 12:20 without an appointment for an oil change. 2. Tech asked if I wanted tires rotated as well, which I did and to add a 1. Dropped the car off at 12:20 without an appointment for an oil change. 2. Tech asked if I wanted tires rotated as well, which I did and to add air. 3. I asked if there would be any issues having this completed by 5. 4. Tech said it will be ready by 5. 5. I arrived at 4:40 6. Tech was not sitting at desk, had to wait until 4:45. 7. As tech was walking by his desk, he said it wasn't ready yet as other cars were put first since they had appointments. 8. I waited in the waiting room until 4:55 and then approached the tech again. 9. He stated that they were just now putting oil in and he would let me know when it was done. I said I would be in the waiting room and to let me know when it was done. 10. About 6 PM I went back to inquire about my car. 11. Only 2 techs remained. I asked about my tech and was told he left at 5.00. I inquired about my car and was told it was done (was actually in the bay. 12. I was told there would be no charge as I shouldn't have had to wait that long. I inquired about the tire rotation and filling the air, and was told that it was on the slip as being completed. 13. I drove away and my tire pressure still says 32/32/26/24. Obviously my tires were not filled, so do I honestly know if my tires were rotated. 14. There was greasy prints all over the driver door. This is now the 2nd time I have not had a good experience. I have brought my car in 2009 and have always used Century for service. This last year I have to say I never feel like my business is appreciated. Not sure if I will come back. More
