Service Elias in the service department was the best she helped me unload my car walk my toddler safely to the waiting area. She gave me her 100% attention. Once he was aware of my issue w getting into my rental car w the service department he personally walked me to the sales side.( while Elias helped me carry all my stuff)and had me in a car to use until mine was ready in less then 5min. Showed up to get my car and Elias greeted me right away even remembered my name pulled up my car helped me unload and swap cars and sent me on my way no wait. If ever staff member would just take there time and focused on one customer and do little simple extras really makes the experience better.
