Great service! Was great no hassle experience! I would definitely refer Century Chevrolet. When I am in the market for my next vehicle, this is where I will go. Was great no hassle experience! Very poor and dangerous experience Back in May of 2018, I had to have some major work done on my Chevy. I took it in and they indicated that there were problems with the timing belt and the cost would be somewhere around $5K to fix, but that they could do some of the work and push some off a little to ease the cost. Unfortunately, when I received my car back, the next day when driving on the highway there was such a horrible vibration that I could barely maintain control of the car (over 40 mph). I took it back and they ended up replacing the drive shaft and doing the timing belt work. They claimed that it was "hard to put the drive shaft back in" and that was why. It would have been easier if they were just honest and said that I needed to get it fixed then. The service person in charge was Drew at this time. Jump forward to last month. I took my car for an oil change to a different location and they discovered an oil leak. I talked to them about the service done in May and they recommended I call Chevy to see if they would cover the oil leak based upon where the timing belt work was done. Chevy did the warranty work and redid the seals, admitting that it was faulty workmanship. Cody was great in helping me with this. Unfortunately, this is where it gets scary and I'm not sure I would every recommend this dealership to anyone because of their lack of quality work. I picked my car up. I drove my car around all over Denver and even on the highway on Saturday and Sunday. Monday, as I'm entering a very busy intersection, my front tie rod comes undone because the fastening bolt was not put on after the work. My car came to a very sudden halt and had I been on the highway or even at a much higher speed would have resulted in a very bad accident. I understand mistakes, but the number of repeated, poor service mistakes has me doubting the quality of the mechanics. How can you forget to put a bolt on the tie rod? That is frightening that there is such a lack of professionalism and disregard for safety. This is not Cody's fault, but his mechanics are really poor. I was disappointed that Cody had to check with higher management about reimbursing my tow, when it was blatantly obvious that I needed the tow because of such a poor repair and fix under warranty. I almost feel that Century will cut as many corners as possible, even to the point of endangering their customers to push warranty work (because of their crappy craftsmanship) through. I spoke with multiple people I know in the auto repair industry and most of the them recommended a lawyer. Chevy treated me with almost disdain. For the most part, I was ignored. Never offered a rental while my Traverse was in the shop for a week while they fixed a problem they caused. The tie rod coming loose broke several items, all of which Chevy covered, but I figured maybe I would receive a call from the Service Manager, or someone, concerned about this poor experience. I did finally receive a reimbursement check about 3 weeks later for my tow, but still no call. Nothing. With Cody being overwhelmed and busy, the only person who even seemed to give any concern was a nice gentleman, who I assume was just starting based upon how he was trying to help. He actually seemed genuinely concerned. Perhaps the rest of the staff could learn from the new guy. More

Vehicle still not fixed. I brought my vehicle in for a burning odor and smoke coming from engine. I was initially advised that vehicle was under warranty and would be repaired free of charge. Picked up vehicle because parts were on a 7 day wait. Was advised the day my car was supposed to be fixed that vehicle was not under warranty and was going to cost $400 to repair. Paid the cost, my car was repaired, just a few days ago. Within hours of picking up vehicle, I still smell burning odor from vents and smoke coming from front of engine. Unfortunately, what the dealership fixed was not the problem I brought it in for. Dissatisfied with all around service. Really don't want to call dealership back to deal with further customer service issues. More
