Very professional and easy to deal with Almost all of my interaction with the dealership on this transaction was with Dean Jones. Dean made the whole process comfortable and easy to understa Almost all of my interaction with the dealership on this transaction was with Dean Jones. Dean made the whole process comfortable and easy to understand - more like a project than an arm-twisting ordeal. We simply went down the list of available options until we had put together a truck that met all of my requirements. That was accomplished in a relaxed non-pressurized manner. When the ideal list of truck options was put together, Dean got on the computer and found a total of four possible trucks. Of the four, the closest to ideal was brought to Century. Dean also researched the incentives available to me as a retiree from my former employer, which helped a lot. Dean is very good at his job and a pleasure to work with. From that point on we worked with Khalid Bushaala to finalize the financing. This was also an easy process with which Khalid was obviously very familiar. I now drive a really nice Silverado 2500 HD Diesel truck. More

I asked about the veteran discount like I did on my other vehicle I was told that I would get that plus the employee discount since there was a promotion going on. when I got to my bank they pointed it out to me I never got any of the discount the only thing you got was 21k you traded in plus your 6k you put towards the warranty. that the insurance company USSA told me I was covered on all that with my policy the warranty I didn't need. I tried calling your finance director 2 times on 12/10/2018 with no call back .I guess you need to make sure you get all you ask for and not trust them. I will not use your dealership in the future I lost the trust in your company. I served my country with HONER-COURAGE- COMMITMENT More

Power steering fluid leaking after repair Technician found a low fluid level due to a leaking power steering line. Invoice indicates “replace power steering pump pressure hose assembly. Toppe Technician found a low fluid level due to a leaking power steering line. Invoice indicates “replace power steering pump pressure hose assembly. Topped off fluid level and bleed power steering free of air.” Now I have power steering fluid on my garage floor because the repair appears to have not been done correctly. Made another appointment to have it fixed. What an inconvenience... another day without my vehicle. More time spent at the dealership. Nice stained garage floor. More
