Mr. Frank, While I can appreciate your desire to sway my opinion, first impressions are lasting ones. I have no desire to ever purchase a vehicle from your dealership regardless of your efforts to change the culture. Customer service has always been important to me, in my work and how I am treated by others. Prior to your joining the Century Chevy team, that team demonstrated the worst possible customer service and I cannot and will not forgive or forget how I was treated. I wish you the best of luck in your new position and hope that you are true to your word about the culture change, but I will not be a part of it. Respectfully, medreadnot P.S. I intend to leave my review as is, since it is unlikely that cultures can change to the degree you have described unless a complete change of staff has been made. Your salesperson made my experience the worst I had experienced at a car dealership and changing management does not mean that Kirby has been replaced.

Dear Medreadnot, Thank you for getting back with me so quickly.I sincerely appreciate your candor and totally understand your distain toward the experience. There's nothing worse than a feeling that someone maliciously took advantage of you. The Cash-4-Clunkers promo that they ran was a perfect example of kink at it's worst. I, personally, would of had issues selling cars during their promos. Changing the culture of Century has not been an easy task and is definitely a work in progress. As for Kirby, I personally struggled with him when I first arrived In July of 2014. The previous regime had no concern for client satisfaction and Kirby was definitely a product of that attitude. He was forced to change because the our new processes do not allow for sub-par Client satisfaction. His tenure with the store is over 15 years and he is our GM Product Specialist. My hands are tied with the owner to "work with him and train him to the level of expectation". It's been an uphill battle but he's coming around. I reached out because I wanted to offer you an olive branch to at least see what we've done to change. I'm not expecting you to buy again, nor do I expect you to even look in Kirby's direction again. You are a valued Chevrolet owner and I would like the opportunity to change your opinion of Century, as a store. I am willing to offer complimentary maintenance, repairs and/or any services we offer beyond selling vehicles. If anything, just to meet you and see if I can personally be your car dealership liaison. If not, I totally understand. Thanks again for getting back with me.
