Terrible situation & Century Chevy saved me. I was completely disgusted with car dealerships! Back in 2012, when I purchased my first sports utility, I was completely crushed by a Ford store. I w I was completely disgusted with car dealerships! Back in 2012, when I purchased my first sports utility, I was completely crushed by a Ford store. I was over 10k 'upside down' and as a single mother with three kids, you can guess that I was broke and didn't have the best credit in the world. I nearly had a nervous breakdown one morning when I blew a tire heading to school and late for work! I called a friend of mine to help (who was already at work) and he literally put me on hold for a couple minutes and came back with a crazy solution. He drives a Chevy and gets it serviced at Century Chevy which was only three miles away. He had already called a gentleman at the dealership named Glenn. After only a few minutes, a shuttle showed up and took our family to the dealership. I was in a panic! Breakdown, late for school, late for work and embarrassed to say that I was completely broke. I am seriously tearing up and getting emotional just thinking about it. Glenn did a great job calming me down. He was wonderful! They towed in my vehicle and replaced the tire. I was still in a panic though. I had no idea how to pay? Then I was approached by a very nice woman named Nadine. She asked me a weird question, "Would I like Century to pay the bill"? I was like, "Say what"? This is where it gets crazy! She introduced me to one of the sales managers named Matt. Or should I say, my lifesaver. He paid for my tire but better yet, paid off my vehicle and sold us a new Sports Utility! My family is incredibly happy and I owe a lifesaving moment and extreme gratitude to my friends at Century Chevrolet. You guys should be proud of your team and I will continue to tell my story forever. Thank you!!! More

Honestly, I walked into Century with a horrible idea of how everything was going to go. Surprisingly, Chad ushered the way to the best experience ever. He was very nice. Chad took his time to work through my distain toward the other dealerships, found the right car for me and made everything go smoothly. I am thankful to have found Chad and plan on using Century for Service. I am seriously impressed with their treatment of customers and their appreciation for my business. More

The kids and I were gone by the afternoon in my new truck while my husband finished up with his. It was comfortable for all of us and the first time I've left a dealership feeling good about the deal :) I highly recommend this dealership and especially Sean.Thanks Century and Sean. I went to Century Chevrolet to purchase a new or used vehicle during their Cash-For-Clunkers promotion. I told Kirby what I could afford for a monthly payment and that I had two cars to trade in. Kirby showed me a 2014 Spark with a price of $10995 painted on the windshield. After test driving the car, KIrby took my credit application and returned with an offer that was $1000.00 higher than the price painted on the windshield. I was also told that the two cars I was trading in were only worth $500.00 combined instead of the $4500 each as described in their advertising. The monthly payment was also double what I told him I could afford. When I remained firm on the monthly payment, he made me wait for 30 minutes while he had a discussion with his sales manager. I told him I was leaving and he ran after me telling me that he could get me the monthly payment I wanted. I told him I was no longer interested and left. He also told me he could get me the Cars-For-Clunkers promotion trade in if I purchased a used Kia Forte that had 62000 miles on it. I would avoid Century Chevrolet like they had the plague. They will run a game on you, they will not do what they advertise, and they definitely will not listen to their potential customers. Sorry, folks, but this was the absolute worse car buying experience I have ever had. More
This dealership does not honor quoted, guaranteed prices! We attempted to buy a vehicle today. To avoid the toilsome price negotiations that often come with buying a car, we chose to utilize USAA's car buying We attempted to buy a vehicle today. To avoid the toilsome price negotiations that often come with buying a car, we chose to utilize USAA's car buying service and received a guaranteed price certificate for $30,670 for a vehicle on a USAA certified dealer's lot. We then contacted the dealer who gave us some more information on the car, including a price that did not match the USAA guaranteed price. This was expected because we assumed USAA negotiates the price ahead of time with their certified dealers. To be certain, we then provided the dealership with the guaranteed price certificate so they they could confirm that they would honor the USAA guaranteed price. They confirmed in writing that they would. We then arranged a time to meet and finalize the purchase. Prior to arriving at the dealership, we researched the trade in value for our 2002 Yukon XL and found that is was worth just over $5000 as a trade in. Once we arrived, we checked out the vehicle and realized that it did not have several of the features that were stated by the dealer in their literature. Their video stated that it had a sunroof and DVD system, their written description said it had a navigation system, and their correspondence sent to me by their representative said it was the "Denali" trim package. It had NONE of these things. We then began talking with the used car sales manager, Jeff, who quoted us a price $5000 higher than our guaranteed price while low balling our trade in at less than half the trade in value. When we re-presented him with the guaranteed price certificate and actual trade in value, he refused to honor or recognize either of them. When we informed him of the discrepancies in the literature, he made no attempt to adjust value for them. We understand that this was a good price, however, we confirmed the price, several times in fact, presented the price guarantee several ways and were prepared to purchase the vehicle on the spot, despite it missing several key features. But instead of driving home in a vehicle where we paid the advertised price, we left frustrated. Jeff became rude and even turned his back on us as we spoke to him. He let us know that he had only been there for two weeks and would not lose his job over a negotiation on a $36,000 car. The frustrating part is, we didn't even want to negotiate! That's why we used the USAA car buying service and were willing to pay the asking price on the guaranteed price certificate! We walked in with an agreed upon price, backed by a guarantee from a major national bank, and this dealership raised the price by $5000 on a vehicle that contained fewer then the listed features and low balled our trade in!!! More

The transaction should have been quick, but dragged on. I had to leave for an doctor's appointment, but promised to be back right after the appointment, the salesman agreed to be ready when I returned. When I returned, the sales manager had sent the salesman home...I would have expected at least a phone call before I drove back to the dealership. I bought a car from a better dealership the next day. More
