Certified pre-owned is questionable. The sales experience was good and financing was an easy process. The 172 point check is in question. The car was not clean so I had to wait for them to detail it which was "done" per the 172 point check. Also it's showing 36% oil life which tells me the oil wasn't changed. These are 2 of the more obvious on the 172 point which makes me question what else was missed or if it was done at all. More
