Their advisors are quick to let me know when scheduled maintenance points are due, and offer good options to handle all of my needs. More

Great service, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Would return for basic service or to purchase a new car. The only negative was the men's restroom with rusted partition walls. Ugly and didn't represent the area off of show room. Could have been changed or a metal siding plate added. Understand a new building is in the planning. More

Tired of dealing with Century. Gear broke while I was in a parking lot in the middle of nowhere. Not able to go forward or reverse cause it got stuck on drive and I parked in front Gear broke while I was in a parking lot in the middle of nowhere. Not able to go forward or reverse cause it got stuck on drive and I parked in front of a wall. Called my husband because he was close by and it was really dark and I just wanted to get out of there. So because my husband broke off the top which probably cost about $20 bucks, my warranty would not cover it. We could not order the part, we had to order the motor under the console and the whole gear itself. Which cost us $280.00 with labor. Have had so many problems with this car and it was brand new. The sales guys are great, but the service guys treat me like I'm crazy and I do not know what I am talking about. Me and my husband get treated totally the opposite. I have gven these guys good reviews cause when I complain I have gotten a good few free oil changes. But now I am done. Love Chevy but not too happy with the Service Century Chevrolet gives. We were planning to upgrade with these guys cause the sales guys are great. Can't do it if I have to deal with their service dept. . More

Certified pre-owned is questionable. The sales experience was good and financing was an easy process. The 172 point check is in question. The car was not clean so I had to wait for them The sales experience was good and financing was an easy process. The 172 point check is in question. The car was not clean so I had to wait for them to detail it which was "done" per the 172 point check. Also it's showing 36% oil life which tells me the oil wasn't changed. These are 2 of the more obvious on the 172 point which makes me question what else was missed or if it was done at all. More
