2015 Chevy Silverado We were in Dec 19, 2015 and decided to trade in our 2 vehicles for the truck. We were there for over 7 hours. Everything was going okay they approved We were in Dec 19, 2015 and decided to trade in our 2 vehicles for the truck. We were there for over 7 hours. Everything was going okay they approved us for the loan and then we had to wait for over 2 hours to sign the paperwork. Once we signed the paperwork and leave with the truck we get a call Monday saying it wasn't approved after we were PROMISED it was going to be and told over and over its approved. So now we have your truck. We were told we have to wait 10 days to return the truck till you guys find financing. So im very confused and disappointed. More
