Jeremy and other members of the new car sales team were very patient with me, didn't pressure me, and cooperated during my purchase. I would add that even the day the new Corvette was purchased, paperwork was made out, and the deal was processed on one vehicel, they cooperated with me as I changed my mind and upgraded from a base model Corvette to a Zo6 model. We simply wanted to learn more about the new 2017 Volt and we wanted to compare our options between the Volt and the Cruze. We had initially been contacted by Cassandra Valdes as a result of a Costco Auto-program inquiry so we made an appointment at 12:30 to answer some of our questions. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Josh Karczewski, who then paired us up with Steven Lovell. Steven was very knowledgable about both vehicles we were interested in and answered all of our questions. We had been told by another dealer that there were no 2016 Chevrolet Cruze vehicles available within a 500 mile radius of Broomfield, but thankfully, Steven was able to locate the exact one I was looking for. On top of that, he and the General Manager, Jay Frank, were able to give us a deal that we simply could not walk away from. Their efforts to make us completely satisfied continued right up through the final details as we worked with Khalid Bushaala the financial director. Khalid helped us obtain the absolute best warranty available on our new Cruze. In the end, not one single request that we made was denied and my wife and I could not have been more pleased with our buying experience. We would highly recommend buying a new vehicle from Century Chevrolet, and I know they will be our first stop when we consider purchasing our next Chevy vehicle in the future.
